Alloscardovia

Alloscardovia is a genus of anaerobic, Gram-positive bacteria in the family Bifidobacteriaceae (phylum Actinobacteria). The primary species is A. omnicolens, which colonizes the human urogenital tract. In the WikiBiome vault, Alloscardovia appears exclusively in endometriosis vaginal microbiome studies.
