Impact: Cureva's pipeline cannot filter sources by evidence level or reasoning primitive. Cross-condition pattern detection cannot run. This is the known Priority 5 migration backlog.

Action: Batch inference run needed. These fields can be inferred programmatically from existing page content (evidence level from study design language, primitives from metals/taxa mentioned). See CLAUDE.md §11 Migration Plan.
